  1. Start by scheduling a consultation. Once you create a patient portal account and fill out intake forms you may schedule your first visit. Payment of $199 is due at time of scheduling. We will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and concerns, set goals for treatment, and you will leave with a personalized plan of care.

  2. When you become a patient of Desert Rain you will join a monthly subscription membership (quarterly and annual discounts available) that includes follow up visits whenever needed, medication management, education, and messaging with provider.

  3. Prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice or mailed from a specialty pharmacy directly to you in discreet packaging.

  4. Depending on your history and goals you may need to have labs drawn prior to your follow up visit.
