Elizabeth founded her concierge telemedicine practice after entering perimenopause and recognizing a significant gap in evidence-based menopause care among traditional primary care and OB/GYN settings. She is dedicated to filling that gap by providing personalized hormone optimization.

With 20 years of experience in the medical field — including backgrounds in family medicine and emergency medicine — Elizabeth brings both depth and breadth to her clinical work. She has also pursued advanced menopause education and earned certification as a Menopause Society Certified Provider (MSCP), solidifying her expertise in the nuanced and evolving science of menopause management.

Elizabeth utilizes evidence-based medicine, prescribing plant-derived bio-identical hormone treatments (BHRT). Elizabeth engages in shared-decision making with her patients to achieve a truly personalized plan of care.
