Hi, I'm Elizabeth.

I founded Desert Rain after living the gap I now spend my days closing — I entered perimenopause myself and couldn't find care that actually understood what I was going through. That experience shapes how I care for every patient I see today: women navigating perimenopause and menopause, and men and women working with me on weight and metabolic health. With 20 years in medicine and certification as a Menopause Society Certified Provider (MSCP), I bring both depth and specialized training to your care.

Desert Rain is based in Tucson and sees patients throughout Arizona by telemedicine — no waiting rooms, no rushed visits. If you'd rather meet in person, I also see patients at my Tucson office for consultations or follow-up visits, whichever works better for you.
