FAQs
Do you see patients outside of Arizona?
No. At this time Desert Rain Hormone Health only offers treatment to patients who are in Arizona.
Do you offer in-person appointments?
Yes! Starting on February 5, 2026, Elizabeth will be offering in-person visits on Thursdays inside of Soul Space at 1580 N. Kolb Rd. Suite 110, Tucson, Arizona. Click here to book your in-person consultation.
What is menopausal hormone replacement therapy?
Menopause hormone therapy (MHT) is the use of estrogen, progesterone, and/or testosterone to supplement or replace the body’s naturally occurring sex hormones. These hormones naturally start to decline in our 30s-40’s and continue to decline into our 70’s. MHT is used to treat symptoms of perimenopause and menopause (hot flashes, sleep problems, low energy, anxiety, depression, sexual dysfunction, etc). It is also used to support health (gut and metabolic health, mental health, muscle mass, bone health, etc.) and help prevent chronic diseases such as genitourinary syndrome of menopause, dementia, cardiovascular disease, and osteoporosis.
Who can benefit from MHT/HRT?
Women with premature ovarian insufficiency, surgical menopause, or early menopause.
Women in the perimenopause transition.
Women who are post-menopause.
What membership options are there?
You may schedule a consultation ($199) without becoming a member of Desert Rain Hormone Health (DRHH) clinic.
After your initial consultation, if you decide to move forward with a treatment plan and become a patient of DRHH, you choose which recurring subscription membership type works best for you:
Monthly membership $120/mo.
Quarterly (3 month) membership ($10/mo discount) $330, equates to $110/mo.
Annual membership ($20/mo discount) $1,200, equates to $100/mo.
Why a cash-based membership model?
Your membership allows Elizabeth to give you much more time than a typical medical office visit. You will have access to expert care when you need it. Easy-to-schedule follow-up appointments whenever needed. Medication refills when needed. Access to direct-messaging with Elizabeth whenever a question may arise. Specialized education and resources are also included in your membership. Getting your treatment plan dialed in can take 6-12 months. And your hormonal needs shift over the years. Many medical providers do not have adequate training in menopausal hormone replacement. Elizabeth has specialized training to provide knowledgeable and up-to-date hormonal care of women.
Do you offer pellets?
No. Desert Rain Hormone Health does not offer pellets as a form of hormone replacement therapy. While some women do well using pellets, pellets tend to be one of the most expensive and invasive forms of hormone replacement and doses cannot be adjusted once they are inserted under the skin.
